December update!

We're the world's suckiest bloggers, BTW.

To the hottest fans out there:

Things have been quiet lately in 46 Long land - well, at least on the surface. We haven't had too many shows, but we've been slaving away in the studio to finish up the next CD, "Off The Rack." With only two originals, this album will feature our own unique take on classic songs, most of which would not be considered traditional "Blues." There's Willie Dixon, but then there's Morphine. There's Howlin' Wolf, but then there's the Beatles. Throw in some Nina Simone, some Dylan, some Tom Waits, and.... We're pretty excited about it, and hope to have an actual product by early spring. We'll keep you posted.

We only have one show this month, and we'll be celebrating!

We'll be at Arnold's on Friday, Dec 18, from 6-8 PM. This is a free, all-ages show, and apart from celebrating the start of Christmas break, it's also Blake's birthday, and we'll be hanging out afterward to show the big guy a good time.

So come on out to Arnold's on the 18th, and if not, we wish you a premature Happy New Year, and we'll see you in January! Thanks for everything!
